Sign-up for Family UNIT (Unification Navigation Inspiration Transformation) and you will get a coupon book for P&G products. For each coupon redeemed at the commissary, P&G will give the USO $0.25. Make sure you you select "yes" for the options regarding direct mailings to get your coupon books.
Since these coupons can only be used at the commissary, the books are only available to members of the military and their families.
